Jim Whelan's Service Center is a certified state inspection station for Virginia. We perform safety inspections for Petersburg, VA, Fort Lee, VA, Colonial Heights, VA, and surrounding areas.

In addition, Jim Whelan's Service Center is a certified emissions inspection station. Some counties, require the passing of an emissions inspection every two years with a few exclusions. You can learn more about the emissions test from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.
